PhysiotherapistMy name is Todd Bird, I am a qualified Physiotherapist and the Director of Peak Sports Physiotherapy.
I started Peak Sports Physiotherapy with the aim of providing the highest-quality physiotherapy service available to the North East community. My clinical interests cover all musculoskeletal and sporting injuries; however, I am particularly interested in lower limb rehabilitation and running-related injuries.
My qualifications include graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2010 and completing a graduate certificate in Sports Physiotherapy in 2015. After taking a break from study, I am now completing my Master of Sports Physiotherapy through Latrobe University.
Outside of work, I love sport and keeping fit. Over the past few years, I have competed in triathlons at an elite level, and have recently returned to playing footy. I also love music and playing the guitar.
PhysiotherapistMy name is Josh Rankin and I’m originally from a regional cattle farming community in Northern NSW. I enjoyed an active upbringing and eventually pursued a Bachelor degree in Sport and Exercise Science. In 2014 I relocated to Brisbane to commence post-graduate studies at the University of Queensland, obtaining a Masters degree in Physiotherapy, and meeting a Benalla local who is now my lovely fiancé.
I lived and worked on beautiful Bribie Island for two and a half years before taking off around the world on the trip of a lifetime! More recently I spent 12 months in Alice Springs, working alongside a number of excellent physios and Sports Physicians, providing the best-quality care to the people of the Red Centre. I returned to Benalla in early 2021, where I hope to settle and raise a family.
I have a love of live music, hiking, and team sports, and hope to get involved in the many community events on offer here in the North East. I look forward to meeting you!
